3:40 For us kids in the 1970s it was all about the Spaceman and the Cat. As for the other two members, eh. I read many comments stating the same. The lead guitarist and drummer connected with some sort of underdog to Gene and Paul preening for recognition. Both hired members or free spirt unique persona that dealt with their choice of character or their makeup. Never an undertow to the sound, both were complementary to making the music the best and they tried as long as they could to keep the alterior influences at bay. When they departed we asked ourselves what is next, what do we do, and nothing was the same with the band.
The first Ace solo show I ever saw was @ L’Amours Brooklyn before his first Frehleys Comet ☄️ even came out,in general the fans didn’t k ow what he looked like without makeup yet except for a couple guitar ads he was in,he played this song & I never forgot it,I wondered why it didn’t make his first post kiss solo album or one after that? He should put out his unreleased songs like the girl can’t dance. PS Take me to the city and Peter Criss’s Bad Attitude would of been amazing kiss like songs for psycho circus when it came out.
I love this track and "I will survive " 2 great Ace songs how didn't they make the cut.

I’ve read where Rocket Ride was shot down for Love Gun. Absolutely ridiculous considering how half of it was great and the other half was bad. Songs like Hooligan, TSKM and Tommorow and Tonight over this? If they ever put Rocket Ride, Larger than Life and All American Man on Love Gun in place of those songs, it would’ve been the greatest Kiss album. They had so many demos of songs for that album and I can’t believe that’s what they settled for after all these years with the stuff that has now come out that they had for it.
